1. Scope

These Terms apply to all services provided by unamas.io, including web development, design, consulting, and ongoing support.

2. Agreement

Approval of any proposal (via email, message, or signature) constitutes a binding agreement and acceptance of these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are payable within 30 days

  • Late payment may result in:

    • Suspension of services

    • Delays in delivery

    • Statutory interest and collection costs

Project Payment Structure

  • 50% upfront (required to start)

  • 50% upon final delivery

  • unamas.io may require 100% upfront for new clients or smaller projects

unamas.io may withhold delivery, access, or publication until full payment is received.

5. Delivery & Hosting

Website Delivery Models

Client-owned environment:

  • Full control after payment

unamas.io environment:

  • Hosted under unamas.io

  • No transfer of project files or environment included

  • Client receives usage rights only

Transfer can be requested and may incur additional costs.

Definition of Delivery

Delivery means the project is completed and made available.
It does not include transfer of files, code, or ownership unless agreed.

Logo Delivery

Logos are delivered after full payment in:

  • PNG

  • JPG

Other formats available on request.

6. Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for all third-party subscriptions (e.g. Framer, Webflow, plugins).

Failure to cancel subscriptions in time does not void payment obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Final product is usable by the client after full payment

  • Underlying code, systems, and methods remain property of unamas.io

  • unamas.io may showcase work in its portfolio

8. Liability

unamas.io is not liable for:

  • Third-party platform changes or outages

  • SEO/marketing results

  • Hosting issues outside its control

The client is responsible for final approval before launch.

9. Third-Party Assets (Images, Fonts, Media)

unamas.io is not liable for the licensing, usage rights, or legal compliance of:

  • Images

  • Fonts

  • Videos

  • Icons or other media

This applies to:

  • Client-provided materials

  • Third-party assets

  • Assets selected or implemented as part of the project

The client is solely responsible for ensuring that all assets used have the appropriate licenses and rights.

10. Termination

  • Agreements may be terminated in writing

  • Completed work and third-party costs are non-refundable

  • Work performed must be compensated

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep non-public information confidential.

Dutch law applies.
Disputes are handled in the Netherlands.
