Definition of Delivery

6. Third-Party Services

Clients are responsible for all third-party subscriptions (e.g. Framer, Webflow, plugins).

Failure to cancel subscriptions in time does not void payment obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

Final product is usable by the client after full payment
Underlying code, systems, and methods remain property of unamas.io
unamas.io may showcase work in its portfolio

8. Liability

unamas.io is not liable for:

Third-party platform changes or outages
SEO/marketing results
Hosting issues outside its control
